Licensed in 1984, Debbie has been building her knowledge and experience in the hair care industry for 25 years. Sixteen of those years have been at Victoria's, working her way to the current Level 3 Stylist status she holds happily. Starting out as a means to an end, Debbie had no idea that an elective in high school would develop into a passion; a career she cherishes dearly.
Among the many talents and techniques she has obtained through the years, Debbie enjoys the art of coloring and specialized razor cuts. One of her favorite aspects of the hair care process is consulting with her guests to form a true understanding of how they want to see their reflection in the mirror. As a visual person, Debbie enjoys the descriptions and requests of her guests, giving her a clear mental image of the end result.
From product knowledge to new techniques, Debbie loves sharing information with her fellow stylists. She enjoys attending various calsses and training expositions. Through this love and gift of teaching, Debbie is able to take newer stylists under her wing and guide them into a career and passion of their own. For this reason she has earned the title of Associate Trainer. Debbie loves what she does immensely, walking through the doors of Victoria's each morning with a smile on her face.
